- Manufacturing Lead Time: 8-9 months from receipt of advance payment
- Delivery Terms: Ex-Works Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh
- Transportation: By road to customer site (to be arranged by buyer)
- Insurance: Transit insurance can be arranged if required (additional cost)
- Installation Duration: 3-4 weeks per machine (subject to site readiness)

Customer's Responsibilities
- → Provide suitable workspace with required floor space (32m × 5m minimum per machine)
- → Arrange necessary utilities: 3-phase power supply, water connection, compressed air
- → Provide boarding and lodging for our installation team (4-6 technicians)
- → Arrange local transportation for the installation team
- → Assist with unloading and positioning of machinery
Our Scope: Our installation team will handle complete mechanical and electrical installation, system integration, testing, validation, and comprehensive operator training for production and maintenance staff.

- ◆ Warranty: 12 months from date of commissioning or 18 months from date of dispatch, whichever comes first
- ◆ Technical Support: Lifetime technical support via phone, email, and video conferencing
- ◆ Training: Comprehensive on-site training for operators and maintenance staff included
- ◆ Documentation: Complete operation manuals, maintenance guides, electrical/mechanical drawings, and spare parts catalogs
- ◆ Compliance: Machines comply with GMP standards and pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements
- ◆ Currency: All prices quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)
- ◆ GST: GST @ 18% extra as applicable
